Wednesday, July 17, 2019 - Dark, dense looking red in the glass. Bit of upfront smoke/earth character which is really attractive, with some light red cherry/strawberry fruit. Bit rustic looking on the palate in that it's chewy, has a mineral/stony vibe to it with dense tannins. Lovely structure actually. Pronounced tartness, leaves that lovely silky sour cherry aftertaste. Nice.
