Monday, May 9, 2022 - Ruby garnet color

Nose is medium with notes of fresh red fruits, smoked cayenne powder and forest mushrooms. Developing

Palate is dry, with medium+ acidity, medium tannins, medium- alcohol, medium bodied and medium+ intensity. Flavors of sweet sour raspberries, cherries and hints of dried shiitake mushrooms on the finish. Medium+ finish.

Overall nice mid palate wine with good structure and length without being overly complex and mind boggling.
