Wednesday, August 11, 2021 - Not super impressed with this one given the region and climat. A little flat on the nose after settling down. A decent bouquet of floral elements and earthiness. A little too earthy on the nose for me, but then again it is nuit st georges. Might be a little harsh on this wine, but I just get a little too much acidity and earth, like some mid range morey st denis. Was looking forward to opening this and not super impressed. I coravin'd the first glass. For the remaining bottle, I will decant for a couple hours and review again.
