Thursday, July 6, 2023 - Drinking nicely. Funny, I had this vintage just a couple months ago elsewhere and it came off as a bit flat. Dusty fruit, mostly strawberry for me with lovely herbal notes. Acid held everything up and the tannins were firm yet balanced. Paired with a herb crusted rack of lamb with roasted veg and mushrooms. Perfect pairing.
