A muddy wine throughout with neither raspberries nor La Garrigue. We found no Brett/barnyard notes, as the previous taster reported.
Good acidic profile, ample fruit (still young) and well-made wine. Meaning it isn't that great. But, pleasurable enough with a Wednesday humpday pizza-delivery.

Drinking nicely. Funny, I had this vintage just a couple months ago elsewhere and it came off as a bit flat. Dusty fruit, mostly strawberry for me with lovely herbal notes. Acid held everything up and the tannins were firm yet balanced. Paired with a herb crusted rack of lamb with roasted veg and mushrooms. Perfect pairing.

Deep but lively purple. Oak to the fore then a whole melange of intense berry aromas. On the palate, good acidity, fine tannins, great length. Easy to drink even at this early stage in its development. A great pleasure. 14.5%, cork.

Ripe, round, dark and juicy, the oak is out in front to greet you, followed by espresso, deep, dark waves of fruit, lush tannins and an opulent textured finish.

Somewhat subdued both on the nose and pallet. The barnyard notes were quite strong with this and remained through the tasting. Improved with 2 hours.
