Saturday, November 28, 2020 - Popped and poured. Lovely overt nose of black fruit, licorice and herbs. The palate is structured and bit juicy showing ripe plums, blackberry, and tobacco on the palate. There is pretty good structure here where I could see this developing for a while. Today it’s a simple delicious wine.
