Wednesday, January 30, 2019 - A good Pinot Noir, decently aromatic, not too complex with decent mouth feel and a medium finish. Rose, raspberry, dark cherry (almost cherry cola like), vanilla & dusty earth on the nose. Cherry Cola & raspberry with baking nutmeg, cooking cloves, caramel notes (possibly from the barrel), chocolate/molasses & Espresso Beans on the palate.
