Wednesday, November 2, 2022 - One-hour decant through a screened and aerating funnel. No aromas during decant. No sediment observed. After resting: prune, vanilla, and allspice. In the mouth, wine was smooth, but, frankly, not very Amarone-like, simple wine with prune, vanilla, and some tobacco on the finish. Nothing to write home about.
