Saturday, October 15, 2022 - Drank to celebrate my 30th Birthday as a 1992 baby (which was both a commiseration and a celebration). Disgorged 2004. In perfect condition - no signs of taint at all given its age (but it was direct from the Moët cellars via Clos19).
Very intresting notes of truffle, coffee (cappuccino), caramel and maybe raisins. Complex and aged, and a long finish.
Possibly just not quite as interesting (or outstanding) as I was hoping for, but still delicious.
Drank alongside the 2002, which was outstanding, richer, racier and everyone's favourite.
One bottle left which id be tempted to save until im 40.
