Sunday, May 7, 2023 - Slow oxed for eight hours. The nose was not particularly expressive showing some earthy notes and restrained cherry jam. On the palate however it was pure class. Medium bodied and extremely balanced with silky tannins and salivating acidity, it made you crave for the next sip. Delicious.
