Wednesday, September 5, 2018 - I'm a worshipper of Chidaine's Chenins, but this is my first attempt at this Sauv Blanc. For $15, this is so killer. Salty, lemons, white peaches, chalk dust, crushed rocks on the nose. Lovely depth of texture on the palate with pristine acidity. Lovely mineral depth and chalk dust along with white flowers and crushed rocks. All this on top of pretty white peach, lychee and lemon curd flavors. Balance is on point. Delicious.
