Thursday, July 6, 2023 - Wow, what a wine. Rich and focused out of the gate. Butterscotch, toasted nuts and perhaps some coffee/tobacco/chocolate notes. All of this paired harmoniously, balanced perfectly with the 3g/L dosage. Drinking wonderfully now, but no reason to rush.
