Light yellow, lots going on in the nose, grapefruit, marzipan, citrus, roasted almonds, tropical fruits, and a big finish. Probably the best bubbles I’ve had this calendar year.

Wow, what a wine. Rich and focused out of the gate. Butterscotch, toasted nuts and perhaps some coffee/tobacco/chocolate notes. All of this paired harmoniously, balanced perfectly with the 3g/L dosage. Drinking wonderfully now, but no reason to rush.

Richter Pre-Gaming Night (w/ some new world icons): The nose was good but on the palate this was spectacular combining complexity, precision, beautiful maturity and softness with lots of freshness. My first RD and it delivered my best Bollinger experience.
TN: Beautiful vinous nose with subtle nutty notes, some brioche and a tiny hint of good oxidative notes. On the palate this shows wonderful with fine brioche and butter notes, nutty notes, citrus and herbs, beautiful minerality. Fine mousse, lots of acidity but very round and integrated. Beautiful balance.
Decanting: No decanting needed.

Wow. So creamy. Almond. Toasty. Bready. Yellow apple. Lemon. So complex. Biscuit and brioche. Could age more but I love it now, personal preference
