Wednesday, April 1, 2020 - Leaving it at 91 Points, but it just continues to get better & better. THIS bottle definitely has much more “Aged Cab” characteristics to it, not sure how much longer I’ll hold on to my final bottle though. I will definitely have it with a big grilled steak though (tonight is a big & savory grilled chicken breasts). Have to say, I may shed a tear when I open that lady one. It was an excellent CS from these guys. But I’ve always love their Core CS, as well as their Single Vineyard stuff.
