Tuesday, June 13, 2023 - I'm still holding most of my 16 BdM's, decided to see how Le Potazzine was coming along. Started with a small PnP to taste, expecting to give it 2-4 hours of air, that was not necessary. Classic BdM nose and palate, smooth and velvety, went full pour and enjoyed with smoked ribs. Perhaps better with more bottle time but enjoyable now.
