Friday, December 22, 2023 - Beautiful nose of ripe strawberries, cigar box, tobacco leaves…. Drying tannins present, red ripe fruit, the nose is 10x better than the taste at this stage!! Can keep 5 or 10 more years to be perfectly mature!
