Thursday, March 11, 2021 - Three hour decant. Very deep dark magenta color. Boysenberry paste, sugar plum, fudge, and popcorn cassia (peanut butter smelling flower) on the heavy, sappy nose. Smooth, dry, somewhat creamy palate, with nice acidity. Firm tannins on the long finish.
