Saturday, October 8, 2011 - I continue to like the style from this house more than some more knowledgable champagne folks. This bottle is another example. For me, perfectly balanced. Medium weight with a bit of nuttiness, the right amount of sweetness. Drinking more mature than the 1996 Deutz opened the following day.
