Thursday, June 10, 2021 - Fevre Chablis Blind Tasting (Oceanaire, Mpls, MN): PAle salmon color. Drank a small glass over 20 minutes. First time with the '09 PR Rose. Pretty nice stuff. Floral, red fruits, persimmon, strawberry shortcake on the nose; the palate shows yeast raspberry, tart cherry, a little citrus, limestone. This well put together.
