Sunday, November 7, 2021 - Beautiful gold straw colour, medium floral nose, with hints of peach and orange, with some lime now coming through. The wine is full and round, with apricots, tropical pineapple and lime marmalade, a lively acidity. This is all perfectly balanced and complex, with a long finish of some sweet apricots and a tingle of acidity. Absolutely delicious. Drank this over a year ago and this is starting to sing and develop more complexity with age. I bought this for £65 @fineandrarewines and it is expensive but as it is maturing you can see why, well worth seeking out to try and #giveanewwineago #burgundynick 93 points
