Friday, June 3, 2022 - Pale gold color. Alluring aromas bursting out of bottle. Ripe lime, pear, peach, quince, apricot, savoury yeast, stoney minerals, touch of honey mingling with toastiness.

It is medium to full body, rich on palate yet with sharp precision and mineral driven all the way. More complexities emerged: zesty juicy lemon, salty minerals, lees, bit of caramel too. Drinking very well now.
