Thursday, November 26, 2020 - My only bottle. Showing some oxidation. Cork stain 3/4 up. Deep golden color, pushing tawny. Aromas of petrol, apples and Calvados, sliced almonds, lemon and orange, some herbs, and sourdough bread. Full body, medium (+) acid and finish, light RS, and flavors of stewed apples, lemon, bit of bready/yeasty note. Bit over the hill this bottle. Still interesting though.
