Friday, June 26, 2009 - Baked lemon dominates the nose, and on the palate you get strong citric notes, minerals and medium acidity. More baked lemon on the finish, with a few notes of tarragon, lanolin, and spices. If you enjoy the baked lemon component you will like it very much. It reminded me of the white wines from the Rhone, but with higher acidity. Drink now.
