Wednesday, August 16, 2023 - This bottle has aged since the prior one was consumed in 2020 and not necessarily in a good way. Opened for 30 minutes before drinking - maybe it needed a full on decanting as the acid was overpowering. Strawberry, cherry and maybe some rhubarb provided plent of “red” element but it was all acid! However, by the second and third glass it had started to lose the acid element and turned into a nice intense Pinot that was easy to drink.
