This bottle has aged since the prior one was consumed in 2020 and not necessarily in a good way. Opened for 30 minutes before drinking - maybe it needed a full on decanting as the acid was overpowering. Strawberry, cherry and maybe some rhubarb provided plent of “red” element but it was all acid! However, by the second and third glass it had started to lose the acid element and turned into a nice intense Pinot that was easy to drink.

Not as complex or ”special” as I would have wished for a vineyard designated Anthill Farms, but still really delicious, chuggable pinot. Hard not to like. Packs a punch of rusticity in the form of a touch of volatility and a stalky spiciness. Strawberry, cherry, rhubarb and a bunch of violet. Some oaky vanilla. Overall very nice, after all.

No formal notes - working from memory. Another great showing from Antill. Rasberries, blackberries, red licorice, rhubarb. Bright, with bracing acidity, no earthy funkiness here. Really good stuff!

Very aromatic and floral. Nose of honeysuckle, roses. Flavors of rose petals, sweet cherries, hint of plum. Delicious.
