Wednesday, March 24, 2010 - Decanted 1 hour, enjoyed over 90 minutes and a dinner of thai marinated chicken with homemade "fried" rice (brown rice, shiitake mushrooms, edamame, carrots, egg). Very earthy nose. Amazing consistency of flavors on this wine, tart cranberries, rhubarb, clove, finishes with an herbal quality that is uplifting and very appealing. Very nice wine, wish I had more.
