Saturday, August 28, 2021 - Popped and poured. This is a light gold wine. On the nose, I get fresh flowers, honeycomb, and baked apple. In the mouth, this is a large and open wine, one showing a frank touch of sweetness and buttery flavor. The finish continues the theme with candycorn and mango flavors lingering for 25-30 seconds. Overall, this is a big-boned and inviting wine, one that speaks clearly of California and probably could come from nowhere else. This is overpriced at $90 per bottle. 90 points.
