Tuesday, March 30, 2021 - red berry, blackberry. Anise. Light lithe. Throws some weeds, too much? Black spice. dried thyme and sage. Atypical to the rest of the set. A little bitter tannin which evolves. At first wasn’t sure at first ‘I want to like it more’ was my note.
