Tuesday, September 29, 2020 - Sampled during afternoon service at Oinoscent, courtesy of a customer.
The wine is flinty, preserved lemon, grapefruit, quince, sugar, pastry, apple and pear pulp, pear cider.
In the palate, the wine shows high acidity, mineral, lime,lemon, shows power, feels off-dry, really young, long finish.
