Saturday, July 15, 2023 - Deep ruby colour. Pronounced and developing nose with blackberry, black pepper, licorice, vanilla, cloves, leather, tobacco, wet leaves and forest floor. Pronounced taste of red plum, blackberry, black cherry, black plum, black pepper, licorice, vanilla, cloves, tobacco, wet leaves and forest floor. Long and dry finish. High acidity. High tannins. Full body. A very good Margaux with further potential. Drink in five to twenty years. Goes well with beef or lamb.
