Saturday, August 12, 2023 - Super advert for Bordeaux blanc here- all the honeyed straw and dusty citrus peel goodness of semillon with the tropical cut of Sauvignon while avoiding flabbiness or cat’s piss aromas. Exuberant but balanced- the oak influence working in harmony with the primary fruit. Concentrated and zingy on the palate, fruity with texture and depth. Dangerously delicious
