Sunday, August 14, 2022 - I have rated this wine on value for money as well as the experience. For 1/3 price of SHL and other Bordeaux blanc, it is a bit of bargain.

Very sauvignon blanc centric, the nose was pure passion fruit, lime and pineapple. The body follows the same path but with citrus and orange thrown in free of charge. All wrapped by a beautiful freshness and very well proportioned. A touch a salinity, honeysuckle at the finish and with some mineral as well.

And nope, there was no “pipi de chat” detected tonight.

Drink now (but decant) or 4+ years from now.
