Community Tasting Note

Saturday, June 24, 2023 - Deep ruby colour. Medium and developing nose with red plum, blackcurrant, eucalyptus, black pepper and vanilla. Medium (+) taste of red plum, blackcurrant, eucalyptus, black pepper, licorice, vanilla, cedar and forest floor. Long and dry finish. High acidity. High tannins. Medium body. A very good Margaux that has begun the maturation, but is still young. Drink in five to fifteen years. Goes well with beef or lamb.
