Tuesday, December 5, 2023 - Bees wax along with fruit of gooseberry and lychee as well as an apple cider dimension. Creamy texture with emerging crisp acidity. This drinks well now, no signs of premix which I found a common issue with the 2015, but also the 2017 did feel somewhat advanced. Maybe 5 year window tops from here I reckon.
