Golden yellow. Powerful even for a Coutet, with prominent notes of peach and apricot followed by some citrus, moderately long finish yet seemed almost weightless. Kept pulling me back for yet another sip. Served it tonight with a dessert of chocolate ganache torte--was a great combination.
