Monday, October 30, 2023 - Thought I might coravin a glass - weird plastic cork thing put paid to that idea so a bottle it is. On opening - great purity of fruit, savoury strawberry there and some real zip. With a bit of air it puts on weight, broadens out a bit, this is lovely. Pure, savoury, a little lifted perhaps. Clearly a villages wine but an excellent one.
