Saturday, August 12, 2023 - A restrained and graceful bottle of wine exhibiting melon, sea salt, lemon, minerals, and moderate acidity. Wonderfully balanced with a lingering finish. I will hold my last bottle for two more years, and I look forward to its evolution.
