Sunday, June 14, 2020 - Re. dry/sweet: To my mind it can be either or both depending upon the food pairing and what you hope for it to be. It tasted sweet with bitter greens and tasted dry with a chicken mushroom casserole. The sweetness hits the palate first then transitions to minerality. Its overall purity and fruitiness should compliment certain dishes (e.g. mango chutney chicken). It's not destined to become one of my favorites.
