Friday, July 22, 2022 - Golden hay coloring; weighty on the palate, still with a searing acidity and focus. I get the pear and yellow citrus notes of some comments. I find a beeswax thing going on too. The fruit gives hints of sweetness, the minerality keeps it beautifully dry. Can definitely taste the Stony soil. Pretty.
