Thursday, May 6, 2021 - BdB on Pinot Blanc! This is without doubt an outstanding champagne. Aromas of ripe apple (not overripe), lemon, wet stone, and a touch of brioche (but not that much taste from the autolysis). No stonefruit. Lots of minerality like usual BdB but but a slightly different basic taste. Delicate mousse. 94+
