Saturday, November 21, 2020 - A prototypical and Pouilly Fumé. 100% Sauvgnon Blanc grapes yellow-greenish color, fast legs, no sediment. In the nose gooseberry, lemon, litrchi, flint and pineapple; sharp, complex and well structured. The wine has a round, polished structure, medium to high acidity and is wonderfully dry, with a medium+ finish.

Works well with japanese food, veal, grilled branzino etc.
