  Grüngelb im Glas. Am ersten Tag noch etwas verschlossen. Gleichwohl schon gute Noten von Stachelbeeren und Feuerstein in der Nase. Am Gaumen ein wenig zu viel Säure, die Komplexität kommt mit der Zeit besser heraus. Am zweiten Tag viel besser. Kräftigere, aber immer noch sehr gut eingebundene Fruchtnoten, ein ganz wenig Litchi. Auch am Gaumen nun sehr gut ausgebildete Komplexität und feine Tiefe. Jetzt auch ohne Essenspaarung schönes Mundgefühl. Wahrscheinlich besser, wenn man ihn (schon am ersten Tag) dekantiert. Insgesamt jedoch wohl zu hochpreisig.

  Sauv blanc doesn't get much better than this. It is fully ready to drink, balanced and flavours are all in good shape now. Should last some more years. Some time ago I had a 2015 Dagueneau and this is aligned in quality. Maybe a bit sweet at times, but rich and round and fresh. Pares well with a variety of food. But the price is too high for this wine, I would not pay anything more than £35-40 for this. If more, than there are many better white wines at £40+. Sauv blanc is Sauv blanc, can't escape from this fact/limitation

  A prototypical and Pouilly Fumé. 100% Sauvgnon Blanc grapes yellow-greenish color, fast legs, no sediment. In the nose gooseberry, lemon, litrchi, flint and pineapple; sharp, complex and well structured. The wine has a round, polished structure, medium to high acidity and is wonderfully dry, with a medium+ finish.
  
  Works well with japanese food, veal, grilled branzino etc.
