Sunday, February 20, 2022 - Sauv blanc doesn't get much better than this. It is fully ready to drink, balanced and flavours are all in good shape now. Should last some more years. Some time ago I had a 2015 Dagueneau and this is aligned in quality. Maybe a bit sweet at times, but rich and round and fresh. Pares well with a variety of food. But the price is too high for this wine, I would not pay anything more than £35-40 for this. If more, than there are many better white wines at £40+. Sauv blanc is Sauv blanc, can't escape from this fact/limitation
