Thursday, February 11, 2016 - Pale salmon. Medium intensity on the nose, but the aromas are pleasant and precise reminding red fruits like strawberry, stone fruits (fresh peach), citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and green fruits like red apple. Some yeastiness and a stony-like minerality are perceivable.
I like the elegance on the palate, where it shows creamy bubbles, medium body and crispy acidity. The lemon and grapefruit flavours have a good persistence, leaving a very pleasant aftertaste.
