Friday, August 23, 2013 - Mixed German and Alsatian vertical tasting (Chez Eric): A treat to drink. Color is still very youthful - The freshest out of the lineup - lots of citrus, lime leaf, lemongrass, petrol, peach. Slate and mineral on the palate with good acidity. well balanced. finishes clean.
