Friday, July 30, 2021 - I am not a fan of overly-extracted Aussie Shiraz, which this is, but it is fairly well-done and at this point in its evolution the 2016 is drinking well. Recommend serving with burgers, pizza or something that calls for a robust red. Alcohol 15%.
Don't see this as the 90 rating the wine mags gave, but isn't that almost always the case? Still probably a good deal for those who like this style and for the price it is a good deal...just not into in your face reds, but I did not subtract the score for my preferences.
