Monday, February 28, 2022 - There is a certain elegance to this structurely. Not too extracted. Lots of oak however, plus some development in bottle is quite spicy and leathery. More red than black fruit. Very cherry!
Nice plush Barossa Shiraz. Surely will age for a while still but drinking nicely now
