Saturday, April 13, 2024 - Opened about 2 hours before dinner. Still relatively tight when we sat down for dinner. However the tannins did melt away with more of the fat in the fish and sauce.

Decent acidity but still relatively young. Was still getting fresh red fruit but did taste a very faint hint of iron. Would be better in at least another five years.
