Saturday, February 18, 2023 - Wine Bros Australia Deep Dive (Orsay): Beautiful as always. This is one of the Grange that you can drink I hesitate to say younger but it’s at least not a total beast (unlike say the ‘86 which may not be ready in my lifetime). It’s drinking really nicely. Has started to open up a bit and show more of what it can be. Great wine.
