Saturday, August 27, 2022 - Four years after the prior: Earthy golden straw in color. Savory lanolin. Slightly viscous. Nice backbone acidity. Looking back at our previous note, this appears to have developed very nicely. Highly enjoyable meted out small pours over four nights.
